A position with BlackLine GPS is currently open for an experienced device hardware designer. We are looking for an individual with leading skills to participate in our device engineering program. Experience is critical, however a great attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn is equally important.

Applicants should have a positive and out-going attitude. We require someone who is motivated, outgoing, positive, and has proven expertise in the following areas:

Digital design, analog design, parts selection, simulation, testing, manufacturing support, and compliance testing. Radio frequency design skills are highly beneficial. A B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience is required.

Web Programmer
A position with BlackLine GPS is currently open for an experienced Web programmer. We are looking for an individual with incredible skills to participate in our Web experience and application development.

Applicants should have a positive and out-going attitude and a willingness to learn. We immediately require someone who is motivated, outgoing, positive, and has proven expertise in the following areas:

HTML/XML, PHP, Perl, Apache2, MySQL, Linux, AJAX, Flash, version control, Web2.0, and user interfaces/flows. Other skills including C/C++, Dreamweaver, and Flash are an asset.

User Interface Designer
BlackLine GPS is looking for an experienced designer of user interfaces. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of consumer experiences, Web 2.0 concept, and an eye for attractive, ergonomic interface design. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing BlackLine's user interfaces.

Web2.0, user interface creation, Ilustrator, Photoshop, Flash, HTML/XML, PHP, Perl, Apache2, MySQL, Linux, AJAX, and version control.

5+ years of experience and formal training in computer science is preferred for this role though BlackLine will consider candidates who can demonstrate excellence otherwise.

Graphic Designer
BlackLine GPS is seeking an immediate role of graphic designer. We are looking for an individual with incredible skills to assist in the implementation of branding and marketing strategies, and creation of artwork for Web and print. Experience and a portfolio that is catered to graphical design of technology solutions is important, however it is critical for applications to have a good attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding strategy and its implementation. The ability to communicate to audiences in ways that transcend language is absolutely essential. The candidate must understand the psychology of prospective customers and users and be able to create progressive, responsive designs accordingly.

Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver.

Sales Representative
BlackLine GPS is seeking an immediate role for a sales representative. We are looking for a technical individual with incredible people skills to assist in the implementation of our sales strategy. Demonstrated experience and a great, outgoing attitude are crucial, combined with a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of user experiences, technology industries, branding, and sales cycles. Written and oral communication skill and the ability to efficiently communicate ideas and an open-ness to share are required. Mobile Device Programmer - THIS ROLE HAS BEEN FILLED
A position is available for an experience, talented mobile device programmer. In addition to proven capability, attitude and personality are extremely important.

The successful candidate will have formal computer science training in object oriented programming and proven experience in application development. C++ and java languages required, experience with Windows Mobile and Symbian extremely desirable as well as intimate knowledge of javascript, PHP, HTML/XML, MySQL, and Linux.
